I emailed Dr. D. and he did return my email, so that is good. I am going to start on a low dose of Armour Thyroid to see if that helps my fatigue. Trying to stay positive.
hey pat, sorry your not improving like you would like. FYI I keep up with my progress/lack of progress weekly thru emails with drd. Some weeks i go back and forth 3x on the email and I have also spoken with probably once a month since we all started. I am not improving with the pace i would like, but drd did bring a good point up when he asked how long my problems were going on and I said 20 years. Staying patient, I due notice every 3-4 days different symptoms pop up, that I hope is my body just going thru all the past stuff I dealt with. My last email he asked if i wanted to retake the test, to see if the blockage areas would come up. Will give it another week and see. Good luck, keep drd up is all I can recommend he is very good at returning emails.
hi pat, still plugging away. I was progressing along pretty well for the first month, and than I had another internal problem I have had over the years and we switched the formula to attack that problem. After a month of trying the new formula I wasnt progressing against problem 2 and was regressing with where I was after the first month. So starting last wed we went back to the original strategy and i am seeing small improvements each day. DRD's theory was I hadnt built up a strong enough base, from which to start switching the fight to other sysmptoms. So, a little frustrated, thought I would be further along. But I feel better today without a doubt, than I did 6 months ago, and feel like I am on the right path. Thanks for the email, how are you doing?
Hi Pat! You had inquired as to where Buffalo Grove, Illinois was. The town that I live in is between Arlington Heights, Long Grove, and Wheeling. We are a Northwest suburb of Chicago about 25 miles out. Milwaukee is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away...depending on traffic of course! Hope that this helped out! Thanks for asking...Blessings, Ka Ra P.S.I noticed that you have some of the same topics of interest that I do. For what it is worth, I started to take 2 oz. of wheat grass daily (on an empty stomach...I get mine from Jamba Juice) and I am on a 100% RAW food diet. I power walk 2 1/2 miles daily also and guess what? No more Fibro or Chronic Fatigue symptoms! I am going on my 6th week now...who would have thought!!!! I also take a pre and pro-biotic, B complex, Zinc, Vita C, Cal-mag and a Reservatol product in addition.
The hardest part for me is the diet. I really crave carbohydrates. Have you stuck to the alkaline diet?

i have found I went thru a bunch of the symptoms during the process that I have had at one time or another. The weather doesnt seem to bother me as much recently, but prior I could tell when I woke up if it was going to cloudy/rainy. Wish i was a weatherman. Fatigue according to DR d is one of the symptoms, hang in there give it a shot and lets hope for the best for both of us.
hey Pat, finished up week 3 on the pills, dr d said i was progressing according to plan, and i just ordered 2 new sets of pills, and will stop 2 of the other pills when they run out. Feeling improved from when I started hope it continues. Things going ok on your end?
detox pack, multi min, inten-forte....detox 1x, multi 2x, inten 3x, i am starting week 3, I do feel better than when I started hope this process continues in this fashion. While going thru the detox process you may find you feel worse before you feel better. I felt a lot of diff things that have been nagging me for a while, felt worse on the pills. My plan is to check back with drd after 3 weeks of these pills. Fingers crossed here.
